Jill McClimonds

Jill founded Wonderland Day Nursery in 1992, inspired by her own experience of struggling to find high-quality childcare for her children. With a strong belief in creating a nurturing, supportive environment for both children and families, she opened the nursery to offer the kind of care she wanted for her own family.

Over the years, Jill spent countless hours working hands-on in the nursery rooms, bringing warmth, dedication, and a deep understanding of what children need to thrive. Her passion for early years education helped shape the ethos of Wonderland Day Nursery, making it a trusted and much-loved setting within the community.

Now, after more than three decades of service, Jill has taken a step back from                                                           daily operations to enjoy precious time with her young grandchildren.
