Safeguarding is a central priority in our setting. Our dedicated team is trained to identify when early help may be needed and is proactive in offering timely support to children and families. We believe that early intervention can make a significant difference, and we work closely with families to provide guidance, reassurance, and access to the help they need.
We take a holistic approach to supporting children by working collaboratively with external professionals—such as health visitors, early years specialists, and social care teams—to form a team around the family. This joined-up approach ensures that every aspect of a child’s wellbeing is considered and supported.
In addition to working directly with families, we actively network within the local community to stay informed about the services and opportunities available in the area. This enables us to signpost families to helpful resources and also to advocate on their behalf, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are represented.
At Wonderland, we are not just a place of care and learning—we are a community hub where families feel supported, children are safeguarded, and everyone works together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
